Nuwstar Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nuwstar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Nuwstar platform accessible at nuwstar.vu. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Nuwstar will never ask for your password by email or any other channel. Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Nuwstar may also close or suspend an account at its discretion if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency

All transactions on Nuwstar are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange fees for PHP deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods

Nuwstar accepts deposits via Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals. The available methods shown in your account reflect what is currently supported.

Deposit Processing

Deposits are generally credited to your Nuwstar account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. Nuwstar does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification. Nuwstar may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or large amounts. Withdrawals will be sent to the same account or wallet used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Processing times are displayed at the time of request.

Minimum and Maximum Limits

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on Nuwstar are subject to the specific rules of the game or market involved. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Nuwstar does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and accepted.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session, Nuwstar will resolve the situation based on the recorded state of the game at the point of interruption.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Nuwstar platform:
